Identify Key Goals & Milestones: Pull out each significant goal or aspiration mentioned, and describe what “success” will look like. Break Down Into Components: For each goal, detail the specific skills, projects, or resources I’ll need to develop or acquire. Suggest realistic time horizons for each step (e.g., which quarter of 2025 each task might be completed). Suggest Learning & Development Initiatives: Recommend courses, certifications, or training programs that could be valuable. Map Out Quarterly Benchmarks: Propose 3–4 main goals per quarter, taking into account that I have regular work responsibilities. Check Ambition vs. Realism: Let me know if my timelines or milestones seem overly ambitious or if they can be spaced more effectively.
